JANUARY CLASSES
January 9th 3:00 – 5:00 PM: Professional Cupcake Decorating!
In this 2 hour class you will get hands on training on how to pipe, sprinkle, and fondant decorate cupcakes. All you need to bring is a want to learn and a positive attitude! All participants will get to take home one dozen cupcakes that they personally decorate! ($40 value)
Cost $65 Class size is limited to 8 people.
January 16th 1:00 – 6:00 PM: Stacking, Icing, Fondant!
In this approx. 5 hour, most important skill to master class, you will learn how to successfully stack, ice, and cover a cake with fondant. Participants will take home their creations! ($115 value)

January 23rd 3:00-5:00 PM: Figures!
In this 2 hour hands on class you will choose from 4 design options of custom figures to hand sculpt and create. Learn the secrets to molding and sculpting 3D animals or people! Take home your creations!
Cost $55 Class size is limited to 10 people.
January 30th 3:00-5:00 PM: Custom Cookie Decorating!
Want delicious and professional looking cookies? In this class you will make one dozen cookies in the design of your choice to decorate and take home. ($48.00 value)

FEBRUARY CLASSES
February 13th 2:00-5:00PM Homemade Valentine’s Day Treats!
Want to surprise someone special with a custom handmade cookie, cupcake or treat? This class is all about hearts and love! This class will be a mix of demonstrative and hands on. Take home a box of custom homemade goodies for the sweetheart in your life, or be your own valentine! ($65 Value)

February 27th 1:00-6:00PM Cake Carving!
Want to make a cake in the shape of a car or dinosaur? In this, hands on class you will choose from one of 4 design options and carve, ice, fondant, and decorate a cake! You will take home your custom creation! ($150 Value)
